Job Description

Reed is delighted to partner with a fantastic IT Solutions provider who due to growth and investments is looking to expand their team with a new 2nd Line Support Engineer.

They specialise in cloud-hosted services, offer a motivating work environment and best possible technology.

This is a permanent, full time role offering hybrid working (3 days a week in a modern office).

The role is paying between £25,000 - £28,000 DOE and rewards with an attractive benefits package (just to name a few);

* Up to 25 days holiday per year plus BH
* Non-work related training allowance
* Free eye test and contribution towards prescription glasses
* Contractual sick pay
* Contractual maternity and paternity pay
* Day off for your birthday

About the role:
* Web filtering, firewall, VoIP and VPN support
* Case management and troubleshoot technical issues
* Responding to system monitoring alters
* Liaising with third party suppliers
* Configure and install new systems
* Varied role - not every day is the same!

About you:
* You will be a good match if you have exceptional IT skills
* Enjoy supporting end users and provide excellent customer service
* From a technical perspective you will have experience across the Microsoft 10 and 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Helpdesk systems
* Troubleshoot well and able to think outside box
* Knowledge of networking and VoIP is a strong requirement

Technical Support is open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and offers two different shift patterns.
