The role

This role internally will be known as a Transactional Surveyor.

As part of a team you will be implementing Orbits densification strategy by delivering real estate transactions (disposals, acquisition and bi-lateral agreements) in line with the Tenant Involvement and Engagement Regulations.

This role is part of Customer & Communities where you'll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.

What you'll achieve

  • Manage and deliver stock disposals which have been identified as part of the densification strategy 
  • Develop and manage tender submissions for stock acquisition opportunities
  • Research potential stock purchase opportunities and prepare feasibility reports based around set criteria
  • Deliver disposals and acquisitions in line with the portfolio strategy, using robust project management methods
  • Develop high-quality reports to communicate and provide clarity for the wider business around portfolio disposals/acquisitions/swaps

What you'll bring

Essential skills

  • A relevant degree, professional qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational, numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret data and turn into management information
  • Ability to set up, update and analyse spreadsheets and databases - producing Board reports as required
  • Ability to interpret data and turn into management information
  • Experience of successfully managing and leading projects
