Job Description

NRL’s client based in Renfrew is looking to recruit an Administrator to support their Occupational Health Team on a 3-6 month contract.

About the role:

  • Provide a full administrative service to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team to support in the delivery of an Occupational Health Service to all UK employees. The role will require confidentiality and ensuring that company and department polices and procedures are continually adhered to.
  • Responsible for the process of planning, recording and reporting of all Health Surveillance/ Health Assessments
  • Responsible for the process of recording referrals, this will include the organisation of appointments and the processing of payments
  • Support the team with any payment processing required, including raising purchase orders, ensuring invoices are uploaded to the procurement system in a timely manner and the correct internal payment instructions are included
  • Maintain secure and accurate records within the department ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Help produce accurate data and reporting information as and when required.
  • Deal with day to day questions from site and other departments and give information and guidance as required
  • Any other administrative tasks deemed necessary as part of the role

What you will need?

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail
