We are looking for an Administrator to join our Support and Service Delivery team on a permanent basis. In this role you will provide an efficient administrative and support service to the Supported Housing team, including administration of contracts, supported housing, service development and all Supported 

This role is part of Customer & Communities where you'll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.

What you'll achieve

In this Administrative role you will support with administration across the Supported Housing team including booking inductions, meetings & training, recording of minutes, raising of invoices and purchase orders, spreadsheet and system record keeping

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver practical support for the Supported Housing team including, mail merges, information management, data entry and Agent communication.
  • Assist with day to day working practices, including raising repairs, diary management, allocation of work, storing of documents and coordinating with internal and external departments. 
  • Maintain IT systems and databases to ensure records are accurate ensure timely and accurate processing of data, including tenancy changes and voids information and running reports and other Management Information.
  • Maintain the Supported Housing spreadsheet and all stock contact information from the Agents across all Supported Housing properties.
  • Ensure all Agents receive their invoices, SDR forms, contract return forms and other ad hoc information

Essential skills

  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills
  • You should have good analytical skills, able to review information and determining the best approach.  
  • Good level of education to include a sound grasp of Maths
  • Good IT skills in particular working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.

£21,850 - £23,014/annum
