Job Description

Architectural Technician

From £45,000

Mayfair

My client is a successful developer who is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to assist and support with planning and technical drawings along with coordinating information.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of land bid site layout based on masterplan designed by the Design Manager, using drawings, AutoCAD or Revit to do so
Support the team in preparation of plans in line with policies adhered to
Daily maintenance of programmes
Assisting in the delivery of effective and relevant legal documentation for each development or phase
Liaising with onsite teams and office teams on project progress
Regular reporting
Attending site visits to carry out reflected practice.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department for housing contractors
Experienced in Autodesk Revit
Competent AutoCAD user
Computer literate
Understanding of residential building design & construction
