Bennett & Game have the pleasure of representing a well-established RIBA Chartered Practice based in Huddersfield who are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team of talented individuals. Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary £28,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Work on projects within the Residential sector
• Create technical details using a mixture of AutoCAD / Revit
• Creation of planning, building control and construction drawings
• Opportunity to work on a range of new build and refurbishments
• Attend site visits and client meetings
• Work on projects throughout a variety of RIBA stages
• Liaise with other professionals and build relationships with Clients

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Live within a commutable distance to Huddersfield
• Practical experience using either AutoCAD or Revit
• 1 years' + experience (UK based)
• Residential experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients
• Motivated individual
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to take initiative
