Job Description

As a Catering Area Manager you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive management of primary, secondary and collage teams
  • Responsible for assisting in recruitment, training, and supporting our teams to deliver an excellent and high-quality service
  • Accountable for maintaining team and client communication and relationships are to a high standard
  • Accountable for stock control and financial management
  • Accountable for food service within the specified budget ensuring a high standard food, service and presentation
  • Accountable for creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food, H&S, Legal regulation, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues
  • Support Management of multiple sites with regular visits to each site to ensure that high standards are being set for our client

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 15:00pm, term time only

  • Food Safety, H&S compliance, and knowledge
