The Arts Club, one of London's most renowned private members' clubs, is looking for a talented and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team, situated in the heart of Mayfair.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of the role in a similar environment and a friendly, customer-focussed demeanour.
We are looking for someone who is:
·Ideally you will have at least 3 years experience working as an Assistant Manager in similar type of property.
·Highly personable, passionate about delivering 5* service and thrives in a busy working environment where no two shifts are ever the same.
·Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile
·Reliable, professional and good team player
·Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English
The Main Responsibilities include
· Making reservations and the provision of customer service to members over the phone and emails for the club.
· To ensure the general smooth running of the office in line with the Club standards and the SOP manual.
· To ensure the provision of customer service to the standards expected by the Club.
· To be constantly aware of member’s needs, scan the room and strive to create the right environment.
· To carry out team briefings and training as required.
· To ensure the performance standards of the team are maintained.
· To carry out data maintenance as and when requested to do so.
