Job Description

An experienced BIM Coordinator is required to join one a leading AJ100 Architectural practice in their offices right in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious BIM Coordinator to develop their career with an International studio, joining an excellent BIM team and with great opportunities for career progression and a competitive salary and benefits package as well.

Role


The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar BIM Coordinator role. You must be an expert level user of Revit and Navisworks and ideally be proficient in the use of Dynamo. This role will be project based and you will be supporting a large team of Architects on the coordination of large-scale models for a variety of projects both internationally and UK based. You will need to be confident maintain high-level BIM standards and have good working knowledge of ISO 19650. Good communication ability is essential as you will be liaising with the Architect / Project teams as well as the larger internal BIM / Digital teams.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years industry experience in a BIM Coordinator role
  • Expert user of Revit and Navisworks
  • Dynamo experience would be beneficial
  • Good working knowledge of and confident working to ISO19650
  • Proven experience contributing to and executing BIM Protocols and BEP’s
  • Great communication ability is essential
