The Business Development Senior Analyst – CRM & E-Marketing is an integral part of Latham’s Business Development team. This exciting new global role will be responsible for working closely with the Business Development Manager – CRM & E-Marketing to support and advance the firm’s CRM & E-Marketing initiatives as part of the firm’s Marketing Technology strategy. A varied role, it will include supporting on project management, analysis, training, implementation, and communications, while collaborating closely with colleagues across Latham & Watkins on all aspects of delivering CRM & E-Marketing projects successfully to support the strategic objectives of Business Development as well as individual partner goals. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively promoting the usage and adoption of the firm's CRM system by developing and executing comprehensive adoption strategies; this includes organizing training sessions, creating user guides, and providing ongoing support to encourage staff across all levels to fully utilize the CRM's capabilities
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for EMEA jurisdictions, offering expert guidance and support in CRM management and e-marketing functions; this entails collaborating with international teams, understanding regional nuances, and adapting strategies for maximum effectiveness
  • Managing and executing e-marketing campaigns for EMEA jurisdictions, from delivery to performance analysis; this role plays a vital role in maintaining consistency in messaging and branding across various regions
  • Helping support the building of a process and/or leveraging systems and tools to identify opportunities to enhance Business Development workflows
  • Supporting on data analysis and the creation of powerful and compelling reports and presentations summarizing data for the firm; this includes assisting with preparing and delivering reporting for the firm’s leadership to support strategic decision making

  • Possess very strong attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically
  • Demonstrate solid communication skills, both written and verbal, including effective interpersonal communications and the ability to interact with people at all organizational levels; have a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Are seeking a unique opportunity to drive positive change, provide instrumental support in the implementation of a new CRM system and have a direct impact on the business functions of a leading global law firm.

And have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience supporting business development or marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics (Peppermint experience, preferably)
