We have an exciting opportunity for a Cash Collection Team Leader to join our Finance team. This role is based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £45,500 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.

Job Profile

The Cash Collection Team Leader will manage a range of duties relating to cash management and Credit Control within the Billing and Accounts Receivable team whilst engaging with, supporting and partnering with Outsourced Partners (3rd party collection agents).

  • Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
  • Salary: £42,000 to £45,500 per annum
  • Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) - this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

Key Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in order to ensure cash collection is met.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal customers, as well as external customers
  • Provide support to the Head of Billing and Credit and provide reports where necessary in line with Credit Control requirements.
  • Supervising the cash collection team of 12, plus one cashier, with responsibility for cash collection from private patients, insurers, sponsors, embassies and companies (B to B and B to C).

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, managing a team of cash collection staff and functions within.
  • Driving team development through learning and training initiatives. Encouraging personal growth and development.
  • Experience in the health care sector/medical insurance desirable.
