Job Description

You will be working within a corporate site. Officers are responsible for access control in the control room, CCTV monitoring, key processes, and radio processes.such as food/drink, clothing and homeware items. As a security officer, your main role is to ensure the safety and security of both staff and visitors alike, by staying vigilant to any suspicious activity, follow ASCONE to ensure shoplifting is kept to a minimum, and deliver customer service to those who visit the store.

NOTE: Candidates must be in the UK for 3-5 years. They need to be fluent in English. They need to be less than an hour from Wrexham with their own car ideally, the closer the better

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Respond promptly to the radio checks.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit Points of the site.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situation
• monitoring and controlling a bank of screens.
• Follow ASCONE

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• DS badge required/CCTV badge preferred but not essential.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a similar role, would an advantage.
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in security is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
