Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an Customer Operations Advisor to work for a well-known large engineering company. Based in Nuneaton, this Customer Operations Advisor will be a key team member working within their customers facility full-time on-site.

Skills and Experience required:

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn and commit to training and development in this role is essential
  • Prior use of digital stock management systems will be advantageous, computer literate skills to be able to adapt to using the in-house systems is needed
  • Prior warehouse/stores/stock or inventory experience will be advantageous
  • Familiarity following 5s methodology will be advantageous
  • Good communication skills to always provide excellent customer service
  • Training will be provided in this role via in-person and online sessions

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the operations of the engineering stores on-site whilst being permanently customer-facing
  • Initially this role will be focused on re-organising, transporting and packing goods around site
  • Eventually the responsibilities for this role will be expanded to include ordering stock and processing orders on the in-house online systems while communicating directly to suppliers
