Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor/ Account Manager 
Commutable to East Grinstead 
Up to £26,634

A market-leading business is looking for a Customer Service Executive to give front-line phone and email help to a portfolio of clients while comprehending their unique needs and delivering high-quality customer support.

Customer Service Executive/Customer Service Advisor/Account Manager Responsibilities 
To be able to operate a frontline telephone/e-mail support.
Use the client's and the in-house hosted ticketing system to provide updates on client queries within the agreed-upon SLA.
Actively support operational change while effectively minimising production and service disruption.
Work with the Accounts Department and the Warehouse to resolve any issues that may prevent an order from being shipped.
The processing of all orders and any correspondence regarding those orders with the client and other departments, as well as handling daily issues.
Log all internal/external customer issues on Drive and, where applicable, propose solutions to help with the repair.
In charge of communicating any issues or information that may have an impact on service delivery.
Responsible for managing live chat, responding to inbound inquiries, and forwarding them to the appropriate departments within agreed-upon timeframes.
Work closely with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and customers outside of the company to ensure that all contracts operate smoothly.
Dealing with customers in the Retail, Beauty, Fashion, and Logistics industry 
Monday – Friday 9:00 – 18:00 (40 hours a week)

Customer Service Executive/Customer Service Advisor/Account Manager Requirements 
Experience providing customer service in the past, meeting timelines and SLA obligations, and having demonstrated financial responsibility.
Previous knowledge and experience in business-to-business customer service.
Good knowledge of MS Office skills, particularly Excel & Outlook.
Previous experience working on a ticketing system is beneficial.
Customer service experience in Retail, Beauty, Fashion, Logistics is desirable. 
Commutable to East Grinstead.
