Job Description

Internal Sales Team Leader / Customer Service Manager / Customer Support Team Leader / Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Supervisor required to join a manufacturer based near Nottingham.

Internal Sales Team Leader / Customer Service Manager / Customer Support Team Leader / Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Supervisor will be overseeing a team of 4 whilst developing processes, supporting customers, scheduling, and project management.

The successful Internal Sales Team Leader / Customer Service Manager / Customer Support Team Leader / Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Supervisor will ideally have exposure to supporting customers and instructing, mentoring and training team members. Any exposure to manufacturing, engineering or technical products would be beneficial.

• Leading a team of 4 customer service staff.
• Support the Product Support Team, Accounts Team, and Financial Director in the successful conclusion of orders and final accounts.
• Create a healthy work environment and support colleagues with training.
• Supporting the smooth running of the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to order fulfillment.
• Ensure the team is fully motivated at the same time as carrying out your own daily duties by assisting customers, producing quotations, processing orders, prospecting and following up all live quotes.
• Provide great customer service when answering enquiries, processing orders and dealing with complaints.
• Key account management.
• Identification of operational improvements.
• Office based in Nottingham.

• Proven experience as a Internal Sales Manager / Customer Service Manager / Internal Sales Team Leader / Internal Sales Supervisor /Sales Office Manager / Office Manager / Sales Operations Lead / Sales Operations Manager / Sales Team Leader or similar.
• Knowledge of the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to order fulfillment.
• Some exposure working for an engineering business, manufacturer or supplier of technical products would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience leading a team.
• Driving license and access to car
• Must be commutable Beeston, Nottingham.
