Customer Support / Product Onboarding Consultant

Customer Support / Product Onboarding Consultant. A Bradley Stoke legal firm need a Customer Support / Product Onboarding Consultant to join the team. The Customer Support / Helpdesk role is an Application Support type position working with a technical SaaS product offering and providing product onboarding and support services to businesses that are licence holders of the software.
The Customer Support / Application Support Advisor will need the following:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, and ability to engage with Clients and End Users on the phone and over Zoom
  • Ability to analyse the needs of Clients and advise on solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, both verbal and written, to ensure document accuracy
  • Able to manage and liaise with multiple Clients and introducers at different stages on different tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and other IT systems and quick to pick up new systems
  • Willing-ness to learn and expand knowledge


The Customer Support / Product Onboarding Consultant required experience:

  • Experience working with a technical product offering such as a SasS product
  • An understanding of and passion for providing a seamless Customer Experience and onboarding journey
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to rapidly build rapport with others
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You're confident when speaking with senior stakeholders and thrive in client-facing situations
  • You're tech-savvy and are comfortable navigating around platforms
  • You're commercially minded and ambitious
  • You're self-sufficient, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English



This position is in office at Bradley Stoke.

The Customer Support Advisor salary is £24.5-30k + excellent benefits
