Role Overview:

Join us as a Cyber Security Analyst and be at the forefront of fortifying our digital defences. You'll collaborate closely with our dynamic Cyber Security team, the innovative iDigital department, and Ingeus' Security Vendors to execute and manage technical controls.

You'll spearhead the development of robust processes and set high standards to uphold secure configurations. As a key contributor, you'll play an instrumental part in ensuring our digital infrastructure remains resilient against evolving threats. Bring your expertise, creativity, and dedication to our inclusive and diverse team as we work together to make a lasting impact in the world of cybersecurity.

What You'll Do

  • Enhancing Security Infrastructure: Collaborate in maintaining and implementing technical controls, responding to security queries, and creating essential security documentation to fortify Ingeus' protective measures.
  • Empowering Cyber Resilience: Support incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, and drive security awareness and training initiatives, contributing to a resilient cybersecurity environment.
  • Strategic Advisory Role: Provide guidance to regional business units, legal teams, and technology experts on evolving security needs aligned with new business developments.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Play an integral part in refining organisational systems and processes, aiming to optimise productivity and deliver top-notch client outcomes by consistently seeking innovative ways to support colleagues and clients.

About you

  • Good foundational IT and/or cyber security experience
  • A good working knowledge of Information Security Principles
  • Understanding of the latest cyber threats
  • Consulting experience
  • Cloud security experience
  • Strong, self-motivated, outcome-driven, and productive work ethic
  • Highly developed communication, organisational, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
