Job Description

Decontamination Engineer / Service Engineer / Dental Engineer required to join a leading dental engineering supplier.

The successful Decontamination Engineer / Service Engineer / Dental Engineer shall undertake installation, planned and preventative maintenance of decontamination and dental equipment across the South of the UK.

The Decontamination Engineer / Service Engineer / Dental Engineer must be compliant with HTM 01-05 regulations ideally within the dental industry.

Decontamination Engineer / Service Engineer / Dental Engineer Role
Delivery, installation and validation of new mechanical and digital dental equipment.
Undertake Planned and preventative maintenance of decontamination products and services.
Providing decontamination solutions, inspection, testing, assembly, packing, sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various dental equipment.
Carry out dental site surveys as required.
Assisting customers with advice in all areas of dental engineering, equipment performance and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with various engineering departments.

Decontamination Engineer / Service Engineer / Dental Engineer Requirements
Must be compliant with HTM 01-05 regulations ideally within the dental industry.
The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Dental Engineer, Decontamination Engineer or similar within the dental and / or medical sector.
Experience within engineering installations and / or servicing of dental equipment such as compressors, vacuum pumps, autoclaves, X-Ray machinery, chairs, milling machines, digital dental systems, sensors or similar dental products.
Ability to follow instructions, read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
You will be home based covering South of the UK and willing to stay away when required.
A technical engineering degree would be advantageous.
