Job Description

Assist the BAU Support team with their workload when scope allows.

Hold monthly meetings with the EA leads to discuss any IT issues they are facing or feedback. Generally act as a first, best point of contact for all things technology for senior members of the business. Provide dedicated IT and AV support for business Senior Leadership (including C-Suite). This includes laptop (hardware and software), mobile devices, meeting room and event space support.

Keep current on AV technologies, including planned developments, through independent research and vendor resources, and be well-informed about CIO suite AV conferencing offerings (MS Teams & Cisco Video Conferencing) and collaboration technologies to support meetings and events.

Meeting support including supporting in-room audiovisual equipment, pre-meeting testing, troubleshooting, & resolution of issues across our technology ecosystem.

Build excellent relationships within the team and the wider technology & workplace teams To be flexible in approach to work requirements to maintain the standards required. Proactive check-ins with the VIPs to ensure we capture issues before they become disruptive.

Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates to fellow team members.

Communicate effectively via various channels with peers, management, and Leadership team, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication.

Skills Requirements:

Strong 2nd line technology troubleshooting (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android) Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent incident & asset management system

Excellent customer service, particularly with senior leadership / executive customers Great verbal & written communications skills

Excellent organisational skills, efficient multitasking, and strong attention to detail

Knowledge and troubleshooting of AV Conferencing systems and IT systems (WAN/LAN networking)

Working experience with audio / video devices from Cyviz, Cisco, Poly, Leyard, Extron, Crestron, Planar, Lightware, MS Surface Hub, Exterity, X2O Digital Signage, Microsoft Teams Rooms

Proficiency in Office365 products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work in a calm and professional manner Self-driven and motivated to work to the highest standards

Nice to have:

Relevant technology qualifications (CTS, CompTIA+, CCNA, ITIL) Working Hours: Variable, with an expectation of flexibility where required (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
