About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Fabric Technician to cover a High-End Commercial Site in Chelsea, they are looking for a reliable Fabric Technician to contribute to the team and company, reporting to the Site supervisor of the site.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for PPM & Reactive Maintenance on the following:
* Painting & Decorating
* Carpentry
* Minor Plumbing
* Minor Electrics
* General Building Maintenance
Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a Fabric Technician and within the facilities maintenance industry
* Strong building services background
* At least three years' experience in a Fabric Engineer or Facilities Maintenance role
