Avanti Recruitment is currently partnered with a highly successful software company who is looking for an experienced Remote .NET Developer to join their existing team and work on a wide range of projects covering the full development lifecycle.
Their office is based in Sunderland, but can offer fully remote working.
The company develops and supports software for local governments and is one of the leaders in their field. Your focus will be on their main software product which his built in Powerbuilder and in the future you will be able to work on their newer products using .NET Core and C#. You do not have to have experience working with Powerbuilder but it would be a massive benefit.
They are looking for someone who has great business logic and enjoys working on a complex code base. The team you would join is made up of four other developers including the Lead Developer who you will report in to, but the IT Department is made up of 19 employees including support.

They offer flexible working with your contracted hours being 37.5hrs pw with the core hours between 10am-4pm. They offer a salary of up to £50,000 also 25 days of holiday + BH with an extra day every year up to 28 days, 5% matched pension and private healthcare.
