Global Specialist Services Case Manager

Bank position: £24.40 p/h

Full Time/Permanent

We are looking for a Case Manager in The Global Specialist Services (GSS) Your role within the team is to conduct, intake, assessment, referral and signposting with each individual customer contract. You will also be conducting 1:1 and group sessions of counselling where a client will benefit from ongoing therapy through our services.

The GSS team work with clients in all locations covering work and home life issues but often focused on psychological trauma experienced in the line of work.

What you will be doing as the Case Manager:

  • Management of complex and trauma-focussed cases and specialist referrals. Including EMDR and Trauma Focused CBT.
  • Providing full case management/briefing to international network practitioners on contractual requirements and the focus of the clinical work.
  • Undertaking client need and clinical assessments for individuals, groups and organisations across the globe.

To be our Case Manger you will have:

  • Understanding of client relationships and maintaining positive and proactive communication styles, Accredited BACP/UKCP (or equivalent) practitioner.
  • Experience in and ability to deliver clinical assessments for psychological support.

This role requires an experienced clinician able to work flexibly with varied needs, contracts and time pressures whilst understanding the impact of culture on mental health and psychological support. Having experience working with groups and handling complex and trauma focused cases is desirable.
