Job Description

  • Receive requests by email, voicemail and by telephone
  • Provide the responsive day to day focal point of contact for customers
  • Call management system
  • Provide interface between the Authority and our operational staff including subcontractors
  • Prioritise work and timeframes in agreement with the customer
  • Initiate appropriate response from Tech
  • Liaise with Foreman/Chargehand & Tech on a daily basis
  • Enter all information required in Maximo in a concise manner
  • Any other admin tasks required e.g.

v PO's

v Out of Hours recording / follow ups

v Running Reports

v Hastening work

v Making appointments

v Building Custodian responsibilities

v Maximo support (e.g. resetting passwords)

v Recording Ops Overtime

v On Call Roster for Operations

v Closing work orders (Maximo)

v Filing
