We are seeking an Enthusiastic and professional individual for our Hotel Supervisor position in our hotel team at The Arts Club.

Located in the heart of Mayfair, The Arts Club is one of London’s oldest private members’ clubs – celebrating its’ 160 anniversary this year – and home to a community of members with a passion for the creative arts, literature, and business. From distinguished art exhibitions to fine dining, live music, and an exceptional programme of events for members, the club remains at the heart of contemporary cultural life in London.

As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure working environment, this position requires Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Excel in the Art of Service to reflect the brand standards of the Rooms/Suites and Club.
  • Fully conversant with Opera and knowledge of rooms allocation.
  • Member recognition and anticipation of their needs.
  • Taking reservations and following members requests.
  • Promote The Arts Club outlets and dealing with all In Room Dinning requests.

Entry Requirements:

We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
• Proficient in English language and other languages is advantageous
• Desirable knowledge of Micros and Opera
