Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with our client, a large employer based in Sheffield as they look to appoint a full time HR Officer into their team.
This newly established role will report directly to the HR Manager and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to become involved in a wide range of HR initiatives. This role requires someone who enjoys the diversity of working across all areas of the business and is willing to support a variety of different departments. The role also comes with the responsibility of supporting a head count of around 150+ employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dealing with Employee Relations issues as well as broad HR experience in a variety of different areas. It is desirable that applicants will be working towards, or have achieved, their CIPD Level 5. Previous experience in a Local Authority, Public Sector or Healthcare background is also desirable.
