We have an exciting opportunity for International Patient Coordinators to join our International Office team. This role is based in our Consulting Rooms in Central London (W1G 6HL). We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £32,025 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.

We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complex medical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.

Job Profile

To provide an exceptional level of customer service support to international patients and their families and engender loyalty by being courteous, knowledgeable, available and efficient. As the Patient Coordinator you will be required to undertake a range of tasks, whilst providing a responsive and friendly service that supports patients at every step through their treatment journey.

  • Job Type: Full time, permanent position. 37.5 hours per week
  • Rota: Shifts will be 8 hours between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with some weekend work as and when required.
  • Salary: £32,025 per annum.
  • Location: 5 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6HL (Nearest tube stations - Great Portland Street, Regents Park, Baker Street).

Key Duties

  • Responding pro-actively to referrals & queries from patients, consultants and clinic departments over the telephone, emails & face to face.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times, well-spoken and impeccable telephone manner and can work in an organised manner.
  • Case & relationship management of the patient's pathway from initial point of referral to the completion of treatment in the UK.
  • Booking and rescheduling appointments using the in-house systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in Arabic, Russian, Mandarin both written and verbal or any other language both written & verbal.
  • Experience of working in a Private medical environment with knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
  • Understanding of different cultural needs and the ability to work with high net worth clients.
  • Excellent telephone manner & demonstrate a proactive, flexible approach to customer care
