Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of projects in areas including IT, Finance, HR and Procurement.
• Engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
• Develop and support the business case in collaboration with the Portfolio Lead.
• Offer frequent and structured updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage the daily operations and professional development of your assigned team.
• Work alongside business areas to ensure a seamless flow of projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Challenger bank.
• Proven record as a Business change Project Manager, having managed full lifecycle projects.
• Strong grasp of banking operations.
• Experience of working on an IT implementation in banking.
