Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Logistics Application Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in comprehending and enhancing complex functionalities within the automotive logistics domain. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of the technological environment, including Java Swing, Oracle, Eclipse, Websphere, and EJB, along with a proven track record in integrating new modules, creating/redesigning user interfaces, and managing changes in data sources and Oracle procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. In-depth understanding of complex functional requirements related to automotive logistics and translating them into technical solutions.
  2. Integrating new modules into the existing logistics application, adhering to quality standards and best practices.
  3. Designing, developing, and implementing user-friendly interfaces using Java Swing to ensure an optimal user experience.
  4. Managing changes in data sources by adapting existing data structures and Oracle procedures to meet new requirements.
  5. Collaborating closely with the development team and project managers to ensure seamless integration of new features and changes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience in Java Swing and Oracle programming.
  • Proficiency in Eclipse, Websphere, and EJB.
  • In-depth understanding of logistics processes in the automotive sector.
  • Ability to tackle complex problems and make critical technical decisions.
