The difference you will make as a Lead Engineer - Integration:

Riverside Digital and Technology embeds DevOps as a key method of its delivery approach and principles, the value that it delivers relies on maintaining a certain cadence, so the role holder will make sure that all members of their DevOps Chapter work well together to deliver that value. 

Lead the integration delivery team owning a set of integration technologies and products cradle-to-grave in a DevOps focused environment. Lead the end-to-end Agile delivery of any integration elements of delivery projects, ensuring delivery within approved budget, timescales and quality and compliance standards, managing a product backlog with continuous delivery. Manage 3rd party suppliers, and key stakeholders across the Riverside Group.

About you

You will have experience in:

• Strong leadership skills to provide guidance, direction and mentorship to the integration engineering team. Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 
• The ability to think strategically and align integration solutions with the organisation's long-term goals and objectives. Capable of understanding the broader business context and translating it into integration strategies. 
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and extensible integration architectures. Ability to assess and select appropriate integration patterns, frameworks, and technologies based on business requirements and industry best practices.
