Meetings and Event Sales Planning Coordinator - New Hotel Opening!

We are recruiting for one of the Coolest New opening Hotels coming to Hoxton! Long revered a s London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton (expected in 2024) promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

We are looking for a Meetings and Events Sales Planning Coordinator who can:

• Help guests and supports guests to ensure they receive the perfect Event or Meeting
• Organise and schedule all Meeting & Events according to specific requirements
• Meticulously coordinate and plan your events, meet & greet all events taking place
• Inject fresh new ideas to drive service standards and encourage repeat business
• Engage with Senior Stakeholders on a daily basis
• Pro-actively drive incremental spends on events, responsible for all bookings and payments
• Communicate all event details to the hotel operational teams through the BEO in a timely and effective manner
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, maintaining customer records on Opera S&C
• Demonstrate your passion for events and excellent hospitality
