X1 are looking for a fast paced, professional, ambitious and passionate person to join our friendly and successful team as a New Business Manager responsible for growing the number of properties managed across the country. This role will be primarily based in our Media City office in Manchester, however you will be responsible for growing all of our branches located in Liverpool, Leeds and Kent also.

Your role -

Working within the new business team you will be responsible for generating leads and winning the instructions for both lettings and sales creating growth for our ‘X1 External’ property portfolio. You will be driving the expansion of the portfolio by delivering exceptional customer service ensuring strong communication, self-motivation and a positive attitude. You will need to enjoy working to targets and love meeting and exceeding those targets. This is an exciting time to join the new business team as this is in its infancy for growth and therefore, we are looking to invest in your career and development.
