Job Title: Newly Qualified Social Worker - Family Safeguarding Team

Location: Apsley, Hertfordshire

Are you a newly qualified social worker ready to make a difference in the lives of families and children? Join our Family Safeguarding Team in Apsley and contribute to creating safer, more supportive environments for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce court reports
• Attend LAC reviews, case conferences, and child protection meetings
• Work with Public Law Outline (PLO)
• Conduct Section 47 investigations
• Complete core assessments
• Have work signed off by senior staff

Preferred Experience:

• Post-qualifying experience in a statutory children's safeguarding social work team within the UK is highly desirable.

Team Structure:

• Join a well-organized, growing team dedicated to improving social worker staffing levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• SWE Registration
• Enhanced DBS (we can assist in obtaining this for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Valid driver's license
