NIGHT CONCIERGE

We're currently representing a well-established and respected Residential Property Management Company who's seeking various Night Concierge's to join the team.

There are multiple openings across London covering areas such as St Johns Wood, Mayfair, Blackfriars, Kennington, Chelsea and more.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors with their best manners, acknowledge resident for their visitors.
• Deal with any deliveries, accept and distribute mail to their mailboxes sign on behalf of the
• residents for special deliveries, safety storing items or placing them inside resident's apartment
• with prior given instructions.
• Deal with residents request, travel arrangements, dry cleaning, home shopping, courier service
• reservations, tickets etc. in resident name.
• Deal with wake up calls and log them in system.
• Log in all deliveries (mail, special deliveries, dry cleaning etc.).
• Assist Concierge with his daily tasks - collecting refuse, cleaning tasks, valet cars, and all other
• duties that may come along during shift.
• Make sure that all cars are parked in the right parking spot.
• Allow access to contractors, agents or allow people enter apartment in resident's absence by
• issuing keys to apartments with consent of resident and always make sure to log in logging
• system and fill in the waiver key form so you have proof for event.
• Report to Building Manager and Day Concierge any issues that come during Night shift, such
• as breakdowns, any lights that are not working or any other problems that may occur.
• Make sure that all requests made by resident's are met on time and complied with.
• Make sure that all common areas of the building are kept clean and tidy at all time(that include
• the foyer, lifts, doors, floors, hallways, staircases and staff areas)
• Do at least 3 patrols within 12 hours shift.
• During patrol must check fallowing: Landscape, plant rooms, car park, security doors, lighting
• in the building, all floors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Concierge within the residential or hospitality industry
• Must have a full clean UK driving licence due to valet parking for the residents
• Exemplary customer service
• Proactive, friendly and welcoming

Shift: 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am

Start date: ASAP
