Office Facilitator

Salary £23,400

Permanent office-based role - Knowsley

As the Office Facilitator you will provide support to staff, participants and managers with a range of general administrative activities.

You will be involved in all office administration support, quality and compliance checking for all paperwork and electronic records, support operations with both internal and external audits. You will also support any team activities such as workshop monitoring, with the opportunity to get involved in some delivery of training our participants to empower and encourage them on their journey towards starting and sustaining in work.

Administration Support

  • Maintaining stationery supplies
  • Managing participant payments, vouchers, BACS, managers credit card,
  • Setting up suppliers and general office petty cash procedures.
  • Managing all forms and supporting evidence for all participant payments.
  • Processing of participant and contractual paperwork
  • Maintaining and improving robust admin systems and procedures
  • General day to day office maintenance: post, booking of interpreters/taxis, issuing, processing of paperwork

Team Support

  • Supporting the collation of performance data against a range of key performance indicators, compliance and quality standards
  • Tracking and monitoring of audit compliance documentation and provide a weekly progress report
  • Providing feedback to Employment Key Workers relating to quality and completion of participant paperwork
  • Monitoring participant feedback process and collate 'Good News Stories
  • Monitoring workshops and analyse customer feedback
