Job Description

The Role 

As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the smooth running of the Head Office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a welcoming and professional environment for all office visitors
  • Advising the SLT on facilities and building issues
  • Organising office supplies and ordering catering for meetings
  • Maintaining relationships with external suppliers and contracts
  • Providing administrative support to the SLT and HR teams
  • Assisting in HR duties, including recruitment and onboarding
  • Creating and maintaining training accounts for new joiners
  • Supporting the organisation of events

 The Candidate 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in office management or senior administrative positions
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly and welcoming approach
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
