Gaucho are delighted to be recruiting for a London Operations Manager. The primary function is to be accountable for the effective and profitable running of their area by ensuring their GMs take full accountability for their restaurants.
The role of the Gaucho Operations Manager:
We are looking for a strategic experienced operator who is passionate about coaching and mentoring their people. The OM position is a ‘hands on’ role and will require restaurant shift work. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. to ensure the seamless running of a region of London based restaurants in an efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being proactive in maintaining and/or improving profitability. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units and leaders.
We are looking for an experienced Operations manager familiar with the London hospitality scene and premium service establishments. You will be commercially driven with a well developed understanding of figures, margins and ensuring profitability and team engagement even in ever changing and challenging of times.
With this field based role and a variety of teams to oversee, you will be the go to person and the expectation is for you to support, nurture and motivate them to ensure the best results in service and guest experience. You will actively encouraging a culture of creative entrepreneurship from your GMs and high standards throughout your entire team. Your senior managers will need support and guidance to lead their teams whilst delivering their restaurants and the overall brands business strategy.
