We are thrilled to be exclusively working with our client, a reputable charity, in their search for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support their CEO. This is a permanent part-time position.  Salary: £26,481 per annum

 Driving Required: Yes, due to remote location

 Working Pattern: Part Time, 22.5 hours per week, days and hours are flexible

 

Full Details:

As the PA to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities, allowing them to focus on driving the organisation's mission forward. Your responsibilities will include:

 Managing the CEO's busy diary, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments.

 Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, and fielding inquiries.

 Handling and prioritising incoming emails and correspondence.

 Drafting and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

 Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

 Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Requirements:

 Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.

 Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

 Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
