We are delighted to be working with a successful and established distribution company based in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis, to work on a night shift.

This role is a Night shift 22:00 hours to 06:00, Sunday to Thursday.

The salary on offer for this Night Shift is £29,203 basic + £25 daily shift allowance + attendance bonus!

Reporting to the Production Manager the Production Supervisor will be responsible for the         complete understanding of all areas under the production control and supervision of all production employees.

Duties will include:

• Planning and organising production schedules.
• Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety on site at all times.
• Maintain Customer delivery performance.
• Control time and performance management for all staff under your responsibility.
• Contribute to the facility and operational improvements.
• Maintain and update a skills matrix to ensure any skills gaps are filled and relevant training is undertaken.

The ideal Production Supervisor will have previous experience of working in a production facility and manufacturing processes together with leadership skills and a good working knowledge of goods in and despatch functions within an operational facility.
