Job Description

Project Administrator required for our client, an M&E contractor with over 30 years trading who specialise in the installation of heating systems within the commercial sector across the UK, and are based in the Aylesbury area.

Due to consistent expansion over recent years, our client is looking to bring on an ambitious Project Administrator who is either a Mechanical Engineering graduate, or has previous experience within the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering industry in a projects/administration position.

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a driven candidate who is looking to develop within a role and progress into a role with more project responsibility in future. The company has recently taken on a number of large projects and has grown over 100% in the past 12 months, with another 100% growth predicted for 2024.

Project Administrator Position Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers throughout the projects process, from the estimating/design stage, all the way through to implementation and finalising projects
• Maintaining customer and project records through the company's computer system
• Creating purchase orders and booking contractors for project works
• General administration tasks related to projects undertaken

Project Administrator Position Requirements

• Previous experience within any Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering industry, either in an on-site or administration/project's role, or a suitable Mechanical Engineering degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Fully competent with the full Microsoft Office 365 package
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Aylesbury

Project Administrator Position Remuneration

• Salary £32,000 - £36,000, depending on experience
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
• 1 hour paid lunch break
• Pension scheme

• 28 day's holiday including bank holidays
