The successful candidate can be based at one of our locations in Munich, Hamburg, Manchester, or Nijmegen with flexible working options.

What our Project Manager will do

  • Define and implement the overall GaN project plan in consultation with all relevant stakeholders and within agreed boundaries (specification, quality, timing, costs, information reporting and organization)
  • Manage all requested changes via the change management process
  • Analyze project risks relating to specifications, costs, timing, etc. and develop and incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks
  • Define competencies and resources needed and build a high performing project team
  • Lead, coach and mentor the project team members, providing operational guidance and conflict resolution
  • Ensure that relevant quality standards for projects are defined and met, and initiate and contribute to quality improvement activities related to business processes and procedures 
  • Upgrade and adapt own competence, sharing knowledge and learning across the organization

What our Project Manager will need

  • Degree or equivalent in Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline, PhD preferred
  • Proven track record of successful management and delivery of high impact projects within the semiconductor or a similar industry
  • Good knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their applications
  • Relevant project management qualification (preferred)
  • Strong drive with a clear focus on project goals and deliverables and the ability to prioritize
