Your role is to manage and co-ordinate the swift and efficient resolution of maintenance issues which arise for our tenants. This will be achieved through excellent organisation and fantastic communication skills - ensuring tenants feel cared for and up to date throughout any maintenance issues. You will be directly contributing to a positive X1 experience, and be delivering a service that the company can be proud of.

This is a great role for someone already experienced in the property industry, particularly within Property Management. The successful candidate must be first and foremost highly organised, you will need a professional and friendly personality, excellent written and spoken communication, effective people management skills, have great attention to detail and fantastic time management. You must also hold a full UK driving licence.
