Job Description

Recovery Navigator

Salary: £25,200 per annum + Benefits - Successful candidates are subject to our Development Progression Scale, as well as annual salary reviews

Covering Cleveland and the North East - Regular travel required across the region so full licence & access to own vehicle is desirable

If successful you will be responsible for delivering 1-2-1 tailored support to a caseload of individuals serving community orders & post release Licenses; assessing Health & Safety risks, managing interventions & supporting their recovery through mentoring, motivation & managing potential dependency & recovery needs.

What you will be doing?

  • Managing a caseload; including high levels of need
  • Delivery of 1-2-1 / group interventions & skills training
  • Carrying out initial assessment, action planning, reviewing progress & engaging community services
  • Delivering in a variety of venues including Ingeus community venues, Probation Offices & Police stations

To be successful you will require;

  • Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
  • Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
