Job Description

As a care home Registered Manager, you will provide leadership in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home to ensure a high-quality service to residents. You will have responsibility for the overall management of the service.

• Managing the overall management of the service, all measured through KPI's such as occupancy, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment and through regulatory CQC compliance.

To apply for this role, you must have an NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership and a Registered Manager Award (or equivalent). You will also need:

• Proven experience in a similar role and as a Registered Manager, with good commercial business awareness
• An excellent understanding of marketing techniques and extensive experience in maintaining occupancy levels
• An in-depth understanding of the needs of older people and the broader health and social care market.

You'll receive a salary of £75,000 and a great benefits package, including generous holiday allowance, personal pension plan, death-in-service benefit and discounts on retail, holidays, etc.
