Job Description

Employment Key Worker (Response Team)

Salary £26,500

Permanent office-based role

As part of the Response team you will work with those who have recently entered employment and support them to remain in work or help them with their next move.

Daily you will:

  • Provide support through regular contact and ensure the role is right for them
  • Support participants to move into alternative employment when needed
  • Identify barriers such as household income concerns, health & wellbeing of the participant and any care for dependants that may impact on progression in work
  • You will also signpost to Mental and Physical health support, suitable workshops and external organisations for any specialist support they may need.

As a Key Worker you will:

  • Have experience working in a performance target driven environment,
  • Be confident delivering one to one and some group-based interventions.
