Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Support / Internal Sales Administration required to join a manufacturer based in Horsham.
The internal Sales Support / Internal Sales Administrator will be supporting the external sales team with issuing technical quotations.
The successful Sales Administrator must have previous customer-facing experience within a technical product range.
Role
The sales administrator will support the external sales team in issuing quotations and follow-up calls efficiently.
Will handle incoming inquiries via telephone, email, and company website.
Providing support to the purchasing team by getting updates from suppliers regarding delivery dates and updating customers accordingly.
To ensure that all activities/tasks are carried out in accordance with the Company Health and Safety Policy and the Quality / ISO system.
Proactively seek new customers.
Use and maintain CRM system to record all sales activities.
Commutable to Horsham.
Requirements
Experience as an internal sales administrator / internal sales support / sales administrator / technical advisor or similar.
Previous experience using CRM systems.
Proficient in the use of Outlook, Excel, and Word
Process/Packaging, Medical, Aerospace, Defence, Marine, and Oil & Gas would be beneficial.
Is Easily adaptable and enjoys the challenge of being a part of an ambitious sales team.
