Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Countryside Partnerships Home Counties East, at our Wolsey Park development in Rayleigh, Essex (SS6 9RH). As our Sales Consultant you will be responsible for running of the onsite sales complex, presentation of plots for sale. You will secure plot sales and progress to legal completion as expediently as possible.

More about the Sales Consultant role…

  • Has overall responsibility for the sales Operation on an allocated site.
  • Demonstrate and maintain the sales complex.
  • Liaise with Site Manager and Sales Manager to establish completion dates.
  • Achieve the best possible price for each plot and to the sales rate required.
  • Report maintenance items to Site/Sales Manager.
  • Prepare handover packs and plots for occupation.
  • Demonstrate house plans and specification to potential purchasers and ensure the customer receives exemplary service from initial visit to the sales office through to legal completion.
  • Manages the purchase and sale of part exchange properties.
  • Ensure competitor analysis is undertaken as determined by Sales Manager
  • To have read, understood and comply with sales procedures manual.
  • To maintain all Health and Safety requirements as set by the Company.
  • To respond to company/departmental objectives delivering them to standard and time
  • To respond to individual set objectives and deliver them to standard and time.
  • To ensure the customer journey is maintained to 5* status as defined by In House and NHBC surveys.
