Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join this secondary school in Tower Hamlets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
* Support students with special educational needs
* Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organisation
* Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
Requirements:
* A 2:1 or above degree preferably in a core subject
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for working with young people
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
