Role: Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Castleford. 

Salary: up to £38K per annum.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with an evolving manufacturer.

In this role,  you will develop and drive the digital marketing strategy. To optimise brand awareness & trial, the online UX and customer targeting to deliver lead gen & Ecommerce sales targets.

Responsibilities:

This role requires focus in 4main areas:

  • Strategy - develop the digital marketing strategy and digital mid-term business plan.
  • Market Contact – maximise awareness & engagement online.
  • Conversion - develop our online platforms to achieve commercial targets.
  • R.O.I – measure and report our digital marketing return on investment.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create digital marketing strategic plans (supported by manager).
  • To plan and execute all multi-channel brand and tactical campaigns to achieve lead gen targets.
  • To manage and develop our website (UX and online journey).
  • To manage and develop our Ecommerce platform (in line with Europe) to achieve sales targets.
  • To manage and further develop our CRM systems and marketing automation capabilities.
  • To optimise the potential from our social media presence.
  • To optimise the awareness & engagement from our online internal comm’s.
  • To develop and implement a calendar of content – campaigns, social media and mobile app.
  • To identify new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • To measure and report on performance and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • To conduct any other duties as requested within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.

CORE MEASUREMENTS

  • Digital marketing strategy approved.
  • Targeted online sales of x per annum.
  • Targeted lead gen of x per annum.
  • Targeted internal comms engagement of x.
  • Targeted social followers & engagement of x.
  • Targeted digital ROI of x.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS

  • Graduate calibre with appropriate marketing qualifications.
  • Experience of marketing automation & CRM (Hubspot experience an advantage).
  • Strong CMS experience and management of company website.
  • A social media native used to managing and developing corporates.  platforms.
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external parties at all levels.
  • An independent operator, able to use initiative, predict & solve problems.
  • Organised with a high level of attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
