We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Assistant Executive to join our team and support and coordinate the daily activities of our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is able to build strong relationships at all levels in a fast paced environment. With a strong understanding of the business and how we operate, this person will excel at time management and prioritisation and show resilience and professionalism under pressure.
This role is well suited to someone who is proactive, resourceful and flexible in their approach. The Senior Executive Assistant will have direct reports, and so would suit someone who is passionate and experienced in mentoring and developing others.

• Extensive diary management – full responsibility for the management of three exceptionally busy calendars
• Email management including drafting correspondence, highlighting urgent emails and responding to invites
• Extensive travel arrangements including all logistics and itineraries
• Presentation production – producing visually strong presentations on behalf of the leadership team
• Keeping track and approving financial approval requests from HR, Partners and colleagues internationally
• Arrange breakfast and lunches, meetings and conference calls 
• Careful handling of sensitive and confidential information, particularly in relation to contracts and salaries

• 7+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global business
• Confident interacting with employees at all levels
• Detail orientated and able to anticipate needs and potential challenges
• Confident in taking initiative and able to react quickly to situations
• Highly skilled at prioritisation
• Advanced software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint for PC, Windows).
