Due to a number of projects coming through planning my client a leading developer based in South Wales is looking for a Senior Quantity surveyor to join the team.
Projects will be a mix of residential, mixed use, RC frame, homes and apartments.
The role will offer progression as well as opportunity to work on a variety of schemes in the South Wales region.
Would also consider someone looking to make the step up.
